I have the G 3.5 and I can't get the panes to 3D quite right. Normal flight is great, but the stalled manuvers need improvment. Water falls, tailslides, hammer heads, torque rolls, are not like the real planes I fly. Maybe FS One is better in these areas. I will probably get another sim to see the differance myself.
Upgrade G3.5 to the new release - it's in Public Beta right now, and will be official shortly. The 3D physics issues you've noticed are almost completely gone. The Pitts Python on the swap pages flies VERY close to the real deal...
