I have drawn a diagram of the layout of how i would install the gear this should put the c of g which iv'e marked (at the thickest point of the wing) about right.

If the c of g needs further alteration it will probably need going further forward which you can achieve by putting the battery in the tank compartment of using a long engine mount or as a last resort adding some lead.
