ok thanks for the tip. i might email them or visit their forum and ask "would i be allowed to turn up on practice day to run my hpi mt2" i would be chuffed if they let me. if they did and i enjoyed it i might go into racing and go to events. but i need a buggy.

Most tracks you can. Most of the ones in Georgia will let you practice all day for $5 when open. Now they do not have the timing system going during practice. On race day most tracks here only charge $15 and supply the timing system but you might have to have your own transponder.
When I go race I get there 2 hours early to practice and if there is light am there 2 hours after the race is over. Like I said when I go to the track I normally use at least ½ gallon of fuel each time I go.
I have not raced in all most 3 months and I am about to go crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![:'(]
