just an FYI
i melted the center hole of my spur gear #76939 last sunday on my 18ss.
i think i had the slipper nut set to loose. anyway. melted the
center of the spur pretty good and burnt out the pad. it did last over 2 gallons.
so just a heads up. check that nut. i never checked it since building the kit.
