Well I have built up my Exceleron 90 wing now and just test fitted it to the fuse, E-Dave since you have recently been at this stage, did you measure the distance from TE tip to the center point at the tail? If so did you get equal measurements?

Mine are not and I am on hold for the moment. I'm a good 5/16" off and this bothers me big time. I tried measuring from other reference points on the wing, such as the tips of the ailerons and the corner pockets of the ailerons and come up the same.

My Root ribs are dead on so this makes it more frustratiing. The fuse is straight to!


I'm talking to global about it now, and possibly having to build up another wing, although I did check the wing for squreness to and it was OK, realy preplexing.
