Hi Mike,
I must have gotten lucky because the wing alignment on my Excelleron was the closest of any ARF I've owned. The measurements were less than 1/16" off as measured from the wing TE at the outboard aileron cutout. Sorry to hear yours isn't going well. Just curious, have you checked to be sure the mounting holes are drilled correctly in the wing and fuse? Probably a redundant question since you obviously know what you're doing building, but I've had this issue on other ARFs.

Mine will finally be ready to maiden this weekend if the weather permits. Right now, the weather ain't looking too good.[:@]
