Bob

I use my ball end allen driver that I use for blade changes (cant remember size...2mm?). Just insert about 1/8 inch into inner bearing and kinda cock it to the side so if you were to push harder you would pry the bearing out. Just dont pry on it. Work it around kinda in a circle while keeping the tension on the bearing and it will slowly rock the bearing out.

For the outer bearings you can now use something that is bigger than the inner races of the bearings but still small enough to fit past the grip inner casting (this is after the bearing spacer comes out). IIR a #1 phillips screwdriver works here. Insert the screwdriver or whatever (actually I use a piece of brass rod here...Less chance of damaging the bearing race.) and hold grip and screwdriver vertically and place screwdriver handle on a firm surface while holding grip and driver snuggly together. Now just tap on the grip from the outter end and the bearings should come out easily. If you have to beat the snot out of it something is wrong. They should come out fairly easily.

Hope this helps!
