Peak have replaced the Sany/ASP 52 with the 53 and it looks as if the new one is a *dog*.

A friend got two of these (they arrived yesterday) and they have virtually *no* compression and zero pinch (yes, they're ABC).

They barely put out as much power as a standard TT46Pro, pulling only 12,200RPMs on a 12x4 after break-in.

The 52 may have been a rocket (I've got two and they have a *lot* of pinch) but itseems that with the 53 they have bored out the cylinder to get more displacement but forgotten to make the piston correspondingly larger in diameter ;-)
