Don't mount the gyro on top of the boom housing. Mount it under the spindle - saves the gyro from blade strike. Don't over tighten the belt. You should be able to almost touch one side to the other at the front end of the boom. Get some Gorilla gear! They pay for themselves. Make sure the tail blades are facing the right way. Tail spins counter clockwise.
