I am turning a 7.5 X 8 carbon prop at close to 32000 on the ground. Not quit sure were it unloads to in the air. Plane is an older F3D stiletto. My motor is electric. Im using a Neu 1521 3D and a 12s 3700 lipo battery. Those who went to the last Revvers rabbit dry lake event got to see it fly. I also have a smaller elctric F5D plane 40" wing that will spin an apc 4.7 X 4.7 prop at over 40000. If you wish to go electric then tell us your plane and I will try to help you make it go fast.

I'm looking at getting an Ikarus Cheetah, running a 4.75x4.75 on a Kontronix Microdancer on 3 cells I'm told 30k + rpms is what to look for. What set up are you getting the 4.7x4.7 to 40k rpm with? What kind of mph does this give you?
