Take a piece of spare fuel line, split it with an Exacto blade, and put it on the fuel line
where it is rubbing. It will stay in place pretty good, but a small drop of CA would help
keep it in place. If you had some large fuel line to go over the medium line, it might be
even better.

Make sure your prop, spinner, and backplate abe balanced to minimize vibration.
