you should not have to put a pump of any kind on a Saito. Richen up the lower end and get rpm on the top end . go to idle for few seconds, then give full throtle if it spits and sputters lean the lower end an1/8 of turn and try again, if it quits, richen it up , after you set the lower end you will always have to reset the top end ....hope this helps
