I have has great success with Dinball/RCMart. Its probably because Hong Kong is so close to Oz but I have found their postage prices to be very reasonable and very fast. Never had a problem with them at all really apart from a few items not being in stock etc.

In regards to CC transactions every country has different rules. Obviously the laws in the USA are different from other countries & I can tell you it is not an offence to charge a CC surcharge here in Australia. Its a simple fact of some CC companies charge massive merchant fees just to carry the cc facility. American Express is probably the main offender here in Oz and because of the their widespread merchant fees, they have all but killed of Amercian Express here in OZ as it has become the least favourite and least carried CC in Australia.

Dont blame the sellers. blame the CC companies for making merchants pay for the priviledge of using their credit card. Its that simple guys. Also in China (ie. HK) they have also have outrageous fees on all transactions. Try paying for something with a wire transfer in HK!! You'll get slapped about $20 just for the priviledge. Again don;t blame the merchant, blame the banks on that one too!!
