Well since thoose measurements are so small I have decided to ignore the root rib seem and measure the wing as a whole, and reference it that way, this means I have to slightly relocate the dowles pins and the rear mounting holes. If it presents a problem in flight that can not be corrected then a new wing will be fitted.

I'm prety sure this would require me to cut the wing and then fill the short panel at the root rib.
Not a task that I am setup to do. I definetly learned something here, Measure the wing panels before joining them.
It would have been a piece of cake to laminate a piece to the short panel and make then even. [:@][:@][:@]
