Default need help with CPP problem

Beginner learning to fly. Mostly just hovering a few feet off the ground. I recently put an alien gyro and brushless 370 motor in and have not had much luck since. The heli seems fine in hover most of the time, but every now and then it goes into a hard counter clockwise rotation that full right rudder won't stop. It happens mostly when I'm adding pitch to gain altitude, or sometimes it happens when a light gust of wind causes me to make a corrections. I was hovering fine with the stock brushed motor. It has a brand new tail motor due to comments from an earlier post. I no longer think the tail motor is the problem. I have crashed or nearly crashed almost every time I fly it. Mostly because when it rotates into a nose in position I don't have the skills to fly it and quickly get out of control if the rudder won't bring the tail back in. I suspect some sort of issue with the gyro? or possibly some sort of binding causing severe torque?? I really don't know much about helis and could use some help here. I trashed a couple pair of blades and finally broke the head today. I'll get replacement head this week. I decided during down time, it was time to ask the experts what might be wrong and how to troubleshoot it before I get too frustrated and give up. I really loved flying the thing the first two months and got pretty good at hovering, but now it's no longer fun. I'm wondering it they are worth the headache. Any help would be appreciated....Thanks in advance.....
