I replaced the foam with the larger cube size the 1X1 same type just larger squares it holds together better than the smaller stuff.
I just used the extra foam I had for battery padding a 3X5 piece works well, pop the center cubes out and it holds a square battery great, also it is great for fuel tank padding, tear it to fit the size you need .
