Well, English, if it's available in So Africa, I would opt for the new Spektrum DX7. Spread Spectrum 2.4GHz is the way to go with absolutely no inteference potential, and, with all the info here on RCU, outstanding performance. The package comes with four digital JR servo's as well as their new dual Receiver setup. I have one, with two receivers installed in two different planes and am going to order another RX as soon as I can.
