Default FMS broke, and my printer too.
Restart the PC. Go into the startup menu (before the first windows splash screen) by pressing F8 until a boring old text menu appears. Then enter the SAFE mode Command Prompt. Try it again from there. I.E. goto c:\win98 and run setup.
