Welcome to the sport fellas!!! Poopsie is absolutley correct, read and follow the manual exaclty as it states. You both chose an awsome truck however it is not considered an entry level vehicle. when you become more comfortable with the nuances of this truck you will find is an incredible truck. I have had my nemesis for about a year now and I just love the raw power and speed of it. It does walk all over the other trucks when out "playing" with each other. As with any RC vehicle there are some bugs that need shaking out when new. I now have two, Genesis and the Nemesis.

Just remember the manual is your bible. If you cannot find answers in the manual this site is extremly helpful, and there are several people here that is more than willing to help.

Most issues to problems with RC vehicles can be traced to user error. And most beginners commit user errors due to not reading and fully understanding the manuals
