JB, I was able to hunt one down on the web. I had a beautiful one that went in with elevator flutter ... really pained me!
I decided I needed another and went looking. I found it looking here through RCU.
Also found the 40 and 60 sizes by sheer luck. One of these days at about this time I'll get them built.
