Bought a used TT pro .61. Everything looks to be in good condition. Good compression and all. Guy said he ran it before he sent it to me. Anyway here is my problem. I took it out today, it fired right up seem to transition o.k. so I got ready to take her up, after she ran for a minute or two. On the runway as I gunned it for takeoff she cut off. Brought her back to the starter and started her up. Then she was loading up on the idle. When I was transitioning the throttle up it would cut off. I tried to lean out the low end a little, but I had my father in law and his brother fiddling with the high end and telling me this and that on the low end. Bottom line this thing is all out of whack now!!

What high end AND low end settings should I start with before trying to tune this thing again, WITHOUT their help I might add.

I know for most engine break-in the recommendation is 2-2 1/2 turns out on the high end, but what about the idle screw, where do I start fresh ?
