Looks like I'm on my own huh? If I'm doing it wrong someone please tell me!!

I still haven't selected a drive train yet, but I've decided that stringers set at 4" ought to do the trick. The Octura 4-40 motor mount is just a bit too wide for my little .15, so a 3-30 with 1/2" spacers on each side will have to do.

I bought some 1/4" thick plywood for the stringers, 1/8" plywood for the transom, and a protractor (to measure the angle of the V).

Tomorrow the cutting begins!

I'm hoping that an inch and a half is tall enough for the stringers, but I guess we'll find out.

As usual, if anybody has any ideas or advice, I'm all ears. I've never built a boat before so I hope I'm on the right track. Maybe I'll post a pic of these days.
