Well technicaly i aint an engineer but i have been messing with 2 stroke engines for around 30 years, my daughter races my aprilia 125 its now pushing around 35-39 bhp depending on dynos, it started at 12BHP, just started tuning zens got my 23cc zen weedy revving to over 18000 rpm it was only 14000 rpm, my engines over 15 years old, new 644 carb and spit tube ,minor port work , lightened piston and removing the base gasket helped, kept the twin rings and now water cooled ,not sure of the HP? as well as hp you can do mods to change the torque which is good for quick pull aways and bigger props , as you will find on here there are lots of ways to tune engines and a lot of people use different ways (thats when all the *****ing starts LOL) hope you get all the help you need , i cant help as i am not familier with Whipper Snipper engines but a 2 stroke is a 2 stroke so most things work the same .
