Good luck Keith! I loved my BME44 and wish I still had it. Could this 3900 spin the same? My 44 was very strong. 20-8 mens @ 7700 on a TBM stauacher @ 14.5 lbs was verticle forever. I wished it weighted a bit lighter though. Sometimes it was hard to range check with the ch ignition. I like the DIY idea too. Cheaper the better. I have had so many people come up to me and ask how much my plane cost and how much they would have to spend to get into gas and almost always they are bummed that it would take a huge up front investment for the engine. It might be a great service to see some sub $300 engines to let people with less capitol into this end of the hobby, it does not mean they have less brains or heart! Some would have you belive this, the more money than brains group I think. Don't stop!

Anyone know where I can get an Echo CS 3900 engine? Doesnt matter the condition just need the parts for an engine we are planning to produce. It looks just like the Echo 44cc engine. I am able to get the cylinders but I have to make the crankshaft and piston for it. We are going to offer them for $299.00 with the Falkon ignition system. It will be a great high quality engine at Chinese pricing. What do you guys think?
Thanks
