I also had my first flight today. We had to wait for the winds to die down as we were flying park flyers.

I built a Beaver by GWS. My cusion has a Pico-Stick by them also. He flew his first so we could see how the winds was and it was tumbling. The plane bounced all over the place for a while.

We next got my plane into the air. I let him take it up and trim it out a bit. As we found out it might be a little tail heavy so I've got to re-check the CG.

We got his plane up again and I flew it for a while until the battery weakened and it would not climb. So I landed it with not problems.

I'm looking forward to getting mine up again. I'm also checking on a Pico-Stick as it is a lot of fun. Very good flyer and forgiving.
