US equivalent octane rating (R + M)/2 is lower than the way the EU computes octane. So if someone in Europe says they run 95 octane it is equivalent to 89 - 90 octane in the US.

I have also run Coleman camp fuel with great results. I'm about ready to 'cook up' another gallon.
