Regarding the tailplane failure of the Extra, I accidentally caught mine with my foot just as I was about to taxi out for it`s first flight and it broke along the fus. line where the film is removed for gluing so after I repaired it I decided to fit bracing wires to the top and fin and this has made it feel very secure indeed but the weather turned bad and I haven`t been able to test fly it as yet but will post when I have

I do have the GreatPlanes Extra 300s also but didn`t have any problems with that`s flying characteristics or structural integrity but I only had an OS46Fx in it so the structure which is very similar to the Graupner didn`t get as much stress in maneuvers as I am expecting with the SuperTigre 90 powered Graupner.
