bought a new engine for my car and the engine is installed but when i put it on the box to start it it doesnt turn over and jams up at the top of the stroke. Its not flooded because i can not even prime it and i have tried heating it up with a hairdryer to make it a bit looser but still no joy.

Any advice is appreciated, cheers
