Big thanks to ehroof and bluecaka69 and clermont!!!

Got home, removed the header which is a PIA without pulling the engine to get a screwdriver on the rear screw, but clamped it down, fired up the compressor and took the cutoff wheel to it and zipppp cut it 1/4" shorter.

Took my time to smooth it inside and out, blew it out with air, and even cleaned with a pipe cleaner. Fastened it back up and wallah ... now the pipe clears so much easier.

As soon as we have some warmer weather and I can take my truck outside for more than a couple min, I will get some good video
