i finally got the shock springs i needed, i went to my LHS and checked hrough all sorts of differen springs, turns out the best ones that would fit my application were off of a traxxas bandit http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJE63&P=7

they fit perfectly so i used them for the front , he only had 4 of the bandit springs so for now ill leave the back with the stock integy springs, ill order the other fou online, i might end up just leaving the rear stiffer though if it doesnt affect the performance.thanks for the concern miniheres a before and after
