Also, AJ's are great for touch and gos on a lightly snowed road just let it land and as it touches full throttle and it skids for about 5 ft and takes off. Im looking forward to making skis!
I know what you mean about touch & goes. I had my gull wing AA out last
night and it slides on ice patches and packed snow. I don't even think
I would need the skis, maybe some clear packing tape on the bottom and
it might just slide along for a take off. Although the skis might be needed
to keep it straight... don't know, never tried it.
