You folks know if all simulator manufacturers do as Reflex and make the cable a proprietarily part of the product?

I am frustrated because of a lost and seemingly unreplaceble cable. Relex won't sell or "license" a cable.

also, are cables made in two parts - the cable AND a respective dongle?
