Well, I posted this in the previous thread, but it was overlooked I supposed.

Buyer / User beware on the 11.1v cells on a CX2.

I have seen a 4-n-1 completely fried (smoking) through use of the 3 cell packs.

In both cases, the heli would fly like a monster for about 2 minutes (even under normal power levels, I'm not saying it was being flown hard) and then the 4-n-1 just smoked out, wrecking the heli in mid-air.

Yours may or may not do it. I don't know, and I really don't care enough to test it on MY personal 60$ 4-n-1.

Someone on the boards said he had good luck with it, my friend did not, it seems to be a risk you have to take on a case by case basis, I guess.
