Based on the enthusiam in the other rudder only thread I thought we'd have a go at running a rudder only model construction thread to cover off selecting, building and flying some rudder only models.

Don't worry if you have not ever flown rudder only. We've got enough folks to talk you through the trimming and first flights and pretty much assure you of success.

So ifyou want to join in then reply here. We'll likely start in a week or two and run through to the end of the summer. No awards or judging. Just sharing hints and help and joining in the fun of learning to fly in a minimalist manner. Oh, but there WILL be bonus bragging points where the peanut gallery finds them to be worthy....
