Rusty,
I too am putting together a Focus II and am just about to the point of installing the elevator pushrod.
How did you layout the foam braces you show in the pix?
The bulkheads they will attach to are very narrow framed and the hole for the pushrod will have to be just about dead on to prevent binding up.
