Thanks again to everyone that has given me feedback on this. On Gregg G's suggestion, I contacted Dave Patrick and he confirmed that it is definitely a Conquest. He believes it's a Conquest IV.

I've done business with Dave Patrick Models before and my experience with them today will ensure my continued patronage! I real person answered the phone after just a couple rings and in a matter seconds I was talking to the man himself. Super nice guy and very helpful. That's customer service on a level that's difficult to find these days.

I think I'll post something in the Classic sub-forum to see if anyone has any pictures I can work from. Thanks again.
