Air Lines
Good morning all. For those of you who have installed pneumatic retracts in wings, how have you installed the air lines? Do you permanently glue them in, or fish them through some type of sheath (like an empty pushrod tube) so that they can easily be pulled out and replaced once the wing is covered? The directions that came with the retracts say to glue the air lines into the frame, but I have heard that air lines develop leaks sometimes, and if that is the case I imagine it would be a nightmare to have to tear the covering off and remove/replace them. What are your favorite methods of install?
