I have been running the Jeti Spin 75 (not the 99) in my Brio with AXI 5330/F3A and haven't had any problems with it cutting out. I have about 30 flights on the Spin 75. I do believe it will need a bigger heat sink in warmer weather but in our current 55-60F temps it isn't getting hot.
