Just one stupid question. You are trying to get the balance point 7-8 cm BEHIND the leading edge, aren't you? With that weight distribution, it almost sounds like you're trying to balance it in front of the leading edge.

Is this your first plane? If so, its not a good choice. Get some help from a local club learning to fly.
