That's not a weird question at all. Where to store models is a problem a lot of us have--I think I'd have more planes if I had more space. Then again, as I've still got three kits I've been "working" on since around 2000 unfinished, maybe I wouldn't have more planes!
If you move into a two bedroom apartment without a laundry room, things get tough. Particularly if you have a roommate. You might just have to keep one plane. If you've got wall space, run adjustable shelf rails (the real term isn't coming to mind) up and stick posts to them, allowing you to make the most of the available space.
Another alternative is to rent a small storage room at a well-kept storage facility. That's not an ideal option, but it's one many people pursue, not necessarily for RC but for anything. It's somewhat costly, but if you don't have much space it allows you to keep the things you don't have space for.
