Snook, yup did that and checked the needles. When you I turn the prop over it sounds like there is air escaping from the side of the carb.

i would check the needles sometimes people close them all the way down when they store motors...if open cover the carb hole with your finger and turn the prop with ign. off of course you should see fuel being pulled through the lines..
