Use fuel with 5% nitro, 20% oil, a good quality four stroke plug such as an OS-f or Hangar 9 Super Plug, part #HAN 3011 not HAN3010 which many hobby shops are trying to tell people is the Super Plug, it is not. 10x6 prop, break it in a little rich but not much and run it fairly fast after about ten minutes below 6,000 rpm to get the rod run in.
