First thing I noticed with mine glitching was the antenna wire was actually tied in a loose knot around the landing gear beside the body of the heli... this knot to me basically shortened the antenna wire from its original length to a lenght of about 1 inch.
I untied the knot, ran the wire so it was not wrapped around the skids etc... and haven't had a glitch in the reciever since....pictured below is what I did to mine.

After reading this post I checked my antenna wire, guess what I found!
when I had moved the rx back a little, about 2 weeks ago, I had ripped the antenna right out of the RX, so after soldering the antenna wire back on the circuit board, NO More glitches
I did have to retrim every thing back to 0, other then that all is well for the moment. I would like to thank, es-r-gr8 for posting the above info and sgomes for keeping on top of it.
