Now... How can I get a cut?? If only I would have thought to charge them before I posted the review. Ah well, I still think that the true test of the quality of this engine will come after many many flights. Well, I’m off to go finish the break in, 1.5 more hours at 4k. I would recommend hearing protection for anyone wanting to follow the manufacturers break in method.
That sounds like crazy amount of "grinding wheel" going on there

. . Does the DA50 need the same amount???
Extended amounts of break-in time on an engine with a cast-iron liner and ringed aluminim piston is usually only necessary with poor manufacturing tolerances, or unnecessarily tight piston/bore clearance.
I'm about to go out and run in two 100cc Yamaha racing Gokart engines. Two sessions of 10 minutes each and they are ready to race . . at 15,500 rpm.
