You may be over-choking your Fuji engine. That is if you say you have to let it set a long time after choking. Try only one flip or 2 at most with choke full on. Also the spark may be weak and if engine is a little too wet...plug will not fire. Also you can try a smaller electrode gap.025. Or a different spark plug. Good Luck Capt,n
