I dont know for sure I dont use it on mine. the choke is all I have needed , but you need to fill in the hole in it with solder or jb weld .then it will really suck (in a good way) the fuel. I think the primer bulb goes on the other nipple on the carb and just dumps fuel into the carb, I dont think fuel will flow through it because of the check valvein it.
