I use Cool Power 30% in my mighty 110. You want to go with a minimum of 20% nitro and 20% oil. That's usually what the YS Blend is.
On all of mine I had to open the regulator to 3 trurns to get a reliable idle. However if you are ordering a new engine I think they modified the regulator somewhat. I'd try it exactly like it comes to you may be perfect. If it won't idle well, open the reg a bit.
