ez-e,I don't know know for sure which is which.I would expect that the white line indicates the positive,But I would suggest that You test it Yourself.I understand that you don't have a voltmeter(and I doubt that You want to buy one just to test this).The accucycle charger that You have can tell you.If the connection is reversed,it will give you an error message reading"Output Battery Reverse Polarity".I don't own that charger myself,but I just read the manual online to be sure it would tell you this.
