Here are photos of the parts and stuff to provide hours and hours of trouble free operation. Yes, one does not need to use these very specialized parts. I have chosen them because I KNOW they will remain just as slop-free and "tight" after 250 flights as the first flight. Remember, my goal is to put myself in the best place to reach my potential. My potential is not enhanced with ailerons that can move up and down 1/4 inch with the servo and linkage slop!

The aileron horn is an MK unit which places the pivot point of the horn right on the hinge line. Try to always get your geometry correct in all your linkage set-ups before playing with the radio. I show a medium horn and a large horn. The unit allows one to change horns with a little set screw. I originally intended to use the large horns but as you will see in a few frames...

Edited 1/30/07 @ 2:55CST. I have substituted NMP 2.5mm dual axis ends (DARE25 $5.98, Central Hobbies) for the aileron servos.
