oh sweet. so do you know exactly how to do it, like what kind of resistors i will need and where to solder them?
Unsolder the motor and solder some wires where the motor terminals were connected to the board for motor leads. Then turn your potentiometer all the way to one side and measure the resistance, halve that and find two resitors that value. One of each resistor lead goes to where the middle pot lead went and the other two go to where the other pot leads went to. You will need regular film resistors that you can pick up at radioshack.
